How to Make the Best Apple Cinnamon Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Cream the plant-based butter and sugar with a mixer.
- Add in the applesauce, vanilla and plant-based milk. Mix.
- Add in the flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix.
- Fold in the finely chopped walnuts.
- Grease a mini muffin pan (or use a silicone pan) and fill 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle the tops of each muffin with the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
