How to use saffron threads in Persian cooking

- 1/2 tsp. ground saffron
- 1/2 cup hot water
Instructions
- Grind saffron threads until you have 1/2 tsp of ground saffron.
- Add the ground saffron threads to a jar with 1/2 cup of hot water.
- Cover the lid of the jar and let the mixture sit for 30 minutes.
- Use as needed in recipes, and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
