A Persian Breakfast: Noon-o-Panir - bread and cheese - is the traditional Iranian breakfast. Add in some tea, dates, walnuts, cucumber and tomatoes and you have a largely plant-based meal. Serving Some Tea May we raise children to show kindness, compassion and empathy to all beings - what a different world we would be living. 10 years vegan, and I can say my dog changed my life forever. I saw my dog in the eyes of the cows and pigs in the livestock trucks. They could experience fear and pain like my dog. They wanted to live like my dog. So why treat them different than my dog. When I saw animal suffering, I saw my dog suffering, and it changed everything. I used to hate oatmeal, but I have to share tips for this absolutely delicious, nutritious, hearty oatmeal - that I eat almost every morning now.
